In this workshop we will explore what confidence is, and work through practical exercises that you can use with yourself and your colleagues to help build confidence. You will leave our confidence session feeling more capable and confident, with a clear understanding of how to increase confidence in others.

In this one-hour webinar, we explore the significance of understanding and embracing neurodiversity within the workplace. We begin by defining neurodiversity and highlighting its importance in creating an inclusive work environment. We discuss legal and ethical considerations, such as the Equality Act 2010 and the duty to make reasonable adjustments, to ensure compliance and support for neurodivergent individuals.
