ESG - Challenges and Opportunities
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) regulation is on the rise globally with many new requirements for companies to report on how they are managing ESG risks, and what actions they are taking to prevent negative impacts on the environment, improve Social Responsibility and operate ethically.

Sustainable Compassion: how to effectively support clients
In insurance and financial services, we are so often called upon to demonstrate high levels of compassion in a whole range of different scenarios. If not dealt with properly, this can lead to fatigue that is bad for our mental and physical health and which in turn begins to significantly impact our performance and at worst lead to burnout. In this webinar, we will examine how compassion fatigue can manifest itself and then learn a strategy to ensure that we and our colleagues do not become a victim to this silent, but very serious, risk to our health.
