We all have our preferences in communicating with others. Teams/organisations tend to use a couple of different options when in fact there could be more efficient and time saving ways of communicating. Could you have more engagement with clients and prospects by varying the communication?

Learning Objectives:

  • Identifying why different communication works with different people
  • Understanding how individuals receive communication in different ways and the preferences they have
  • Considering your intermit team; are there more effective ways to share information?
  • Discovering different ways your clients can contact and interact with you
  • How could you modify your communication styles and channels so you can really engage with your clients and prospects?

Presenter
