Online Event - Commercial Property Insurance – What is actually covered in an All Risks wording?
The Insurance Institute of Cardiff invite you to a webinar on Commercial Property Insurance – What is actually covered in an All Risks wording?
Thursday 8th September 2022 12:30 – 13:30
The webinar will be run via Zoom, a global web-conferencing solution. Zoom is easy to use, a link and joining instructions will be sent to you at the time of booking.
About the session:
This presentation explores what is covered in an 'All-risks’ Commercial Property wording which is not as wide as the title suggests!
Alan Chandler, one of the most popular presenters in the UK explores how each peril covered could actually cause a loss and what is excluded under each peril.
Brokers use the term ‘All Risks’ every single day but rarely stop to think about the full coverage they are offering. This webinar will enable staff to get under the bonnet of an All Risks wording and have more confidence in advising on this cover going forward.
- What is and is not covered by an All Risks wording.
- What are the main peril exclusions.
- How each of the insured perils could actually cause a loss.
