The Insurance Institute of Carlisle is happy to announce that their next CPD event will focus on the future of farming and the diversification of agriculture.
The session will be delivered by Maxwell Perris BPREA, Cert CILA an Agricultural Consultant for Crawford Loss Adjusters.
Maxwell grew up in rural Somerset (UK) where he started working on a neighbouring dairy farm at age 14. In 2006 Max moved to France where he spent 10 years managing dairy, beef, arable, pig, poultry and tobacco farms. Before moving into loss adjusting Max was managing a 350 strong pedigree dairy herd in North Yorkshire where he still relief milks twice a month and during peak periods.
Max studied in France where he obtained his Baccaluréat as well as degrees in Dairy based agricultural management and in agricultural mechanics (BPREA). He is fluent in French, Spanish and speaks conversational German.
