A Special General Meeting of the Insurance Institute of Carlisle is being held to consider and if thought fit to agree the following motion that The Insurance Institute of Carlise is dissolved with immediate effect. The meeting is convened in accordance with the CII’s model constitution for Local Institutes and complies with the 21-day notice requirement. You are invited to attend to share your views and vote on the proposal.
