In business, you have to be persuasive if you want to succeed at any level. During this interactive seminar, led by Lee Warren, fuses magic, business psychology and showbiz to create a ‘business cabaret’ event. You will learn some of the secret skills used by magicians and mind-readers to persuade and influence people. The seminar is light-hearted in tone, but with a focus on how to use these fascinating skills ethically in business situations, communicating more persuasively with clients and colleagues. This is a ‘hands-on’ session, and everyone will get the chance to try out some of the new techniques immediately.

Learning objectives:

◾How to stand out by making messages connect with people emotionally as well as rationally.

◾How to build trust quickly to increase your influence.

◾Why you have to understand the client’s world, and how to do it.

◾Why you should always offer more than one option in a pitch, proposal or presentation.

◾Why the way you're currently writing your fees is wrong, and what you can do about it.

◾How to 'frame' your proposition to make it memorable and credible.

◾When to negotiate, and the best way to start.

◾How to build trust quickly to increase your influence.

◾How to encourage people to commit to your ideas and act on them.

◾How to build long-term, influential relationships through reciprocity.

◾How to make sure that your ideas ‘stick’ with clients.

◾Who should come? Anyone who deals face-to-face with clients and colleagues and wants to be

◾more influential and persuasive.

Lee has been a professional magician and mind-reader for 20 years, He is a member of the Magic Circle and was described by Prince William as ‘absolutely amazing’. Lee has written sell-out theatre shows and has been a commissioned artist at The Royal Opera House.

Lee has a strong background in sales, and he now uses this background in magic, theatre and sales to give presentations, seminars and coaching to firms including Deloitte, EY, Barclays Wealth and HSBC, helping people to become more persuasive, present better and increase their ability to get their message across to colleagues and clients.
