In this impactful seminar, Susan shares her signature systems to ensuring you are noticed when you speak: how to modify your body language, posture and tone of voice to ensure you effectively engage with your audience: whether they are in meetings, in conference calls, presentations or even on the telephone.

Susan is a speaking and presentation trainer with www.executivevoice.co.uk; an international public speaker and is frequently interviewed on BBC Radio as an expert on the speaking voice and body language. Her blog “Superstar Communicator” has been a finalist in the UK Blog Awards in 2014 and 2015; is streamed by We Are The City, and she was chosen as a top 100 Female Blogger to follow. Her podcast “Superstar Communicator” on iTunes has been featured as a UK Podcast of the week. She regularly speaks at corporate organisations; tradeshows and business groups.

With Executive Voice, Susan has trained a wide variety of corporate, public sector teams and individuals: from C Suite clients to new graduates, on how to use their voices and body language effectively in a variety of business situations – such as meetings, presentations and public speaking engagements. A number of her clients are now regularly interviewed in the media.

Susan is a graduate of Durham University. She was formerly a professional opera singer: performing as a soloist throughout UK, in France, Italy, Spain and USA. She appeared on BBC1, Radio 3, and major venues and as soprano soloist on TV adverts. She is now the creative director of www.vivalivemusic.com

Susan was a very shy teenager, who was too nervous to speak in class. Yet she went on to perform as a soloist in front of audiences of 3000+ Susan always shares secret
tips and tricks she has learnt from her days as a performer, as well as her extensive knowledge of the voice and performance.

Susan lives in Hertfordshire with her husband and son; is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, Royal Society of Arts and the Incorporated Society of Music. She loves swimming in lidos, body boarding and sewing vintage style dresses.
