IIC&G bids a warm return to Dr Phil McCrea who we are pleased to say will continue our CPD programme around Mental Health awareness in the work place.

Phil is an expert in occupational health with 30 years' experience of working full-time within this industry.

He has been a consultant in occupational medicine to over 1,000 corporate clients, and has extensive experience in the management of mental health issues in the workplace, specifically stress-related illness.

This session will focus around Employee Assistance Programmes and is aimed at all employees and business leaders in our sector.

At the end of the session,members will be able to have understood

1. What are they?

2. Why the need?

3. What do they offer?

4. What are perceived advantages?

5. What are the perceived disadvantages?

6. What are the alternatives?

Our session will begin at 1215pm and last 1 hour. A buffet and light refreshments will be available from 1145am.

Free car parking on site is available and Kingsholm Stadium has full disabled facilities.
