IIC&G are delighted to have a technical CPD session focusing on the approaches to Multi Asset Investment. The session will be delivered by Cornelian, an independent investment company founded in 1992.

Chris Warren joined Cornelian in August 2014 from Apollo Multi Asset where he was responsible for adviser relationship management. Chris has 22 years investment experience gained in the Asset Management industry, having previously undertaken business development roles at Premier Asset Management and Schroders. Chris completed a BSC Hons in Law and Marketing at De Montfort University and also holds the Investment Management Certificate. At Cornelian, Chris is responsible for adviser relationships in the South West

Learning Objectives

  • Be able to explain the importance of an unconstrained investment approach and how it can assist in turbulent times.

  • Be able to identify the benefits of including asset classes in addition to equity and fixed income in a multi asset portfolio.

  • Be able to explain the importance of risk management within investment solutions.


GRFC will host the event and free car parking is available on site and the facility has full access for the disabled.
A lunchtime buffet and light refreshments will be available from 12pm with the presentation starting at 1230pm and last 1 hour.
