CPD WEBINAR : Drafting Policies To Match Brand Promises, Marketing Messages And Consumer Expectations

Wednesday, 05 May 2021
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm (UK time)
    • Jeff Heasman, Jeff Heasman Training & Consulting

About the Session

The FCA test case in 2020 and other events in recent years have negatively impacted the reputation of the insurance industry. Consumer expectations have not been met and there has been a mismatch between those expectations, brand promises, marketing messages and the way policies are drafted. This webinar will look at how policies can be drafted to ensure that they match brand promises, are aligned with marketing messages and above all, meet consumer expectations.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify how ways in which policies are drafted impact on brand promise, marketing messages and consumer expectations.
  • Understand how policies must be drafted in the future to ensure there is an alignment with brand promise, marketing messages and consumer expectations.
  • Implement a strategy to ensure our policies are drafted in a way that will increase public trust and confidence in the insurance industry.

This webinar will be delivered in a Zoom format. Joining instructions will be issued 48 hours before the webinar. Please contact the event organise tim.chandler@ageas.co.uk with any questions.
