Menopause; What Everyone Needs to Know (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Month)
Menopause is a reality for every biological woman and it is vital to understand how menopause can affect psychological, emotional and physical health. This empowering session is for women, and anyone that lives with or works with women. The aim of the session is to raise awareness on menopause, to empower women and those that love them, and to share practical guidance on supporting someone (or yourself) through menopause.

We will then look at the concept of Inclusive Leadership and the importance of creating inclusive environments. The IIL are looking forward to hosting our annual Christmas Quiz on Thursday 21st November 2024 at City Wine Bar. We would love you to join us. Food and fun for everyone - come along and join us for our annual Christmas Quiz accepting it may be a little early for Christmas but will definitely get you in the mood for the festive season! Teams will consist of 6 people but if you don’t have a team don’t worry, we will be making the teams up for the evening.
