Our September CPD seminar by Atul Patel of the RWA Group.

This seminar will assist brokers with recognising a vulnerable customer and provide insight on how to approach and handle certain situations.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this session delegates will be able to identify:

  • The link between Vulnerable Customers and TCF

  • An understanding of the Vulnerable Customer Definition and what detriment is

  • How to apply increased confidence when dealing with Vulnerable Customers.

  • Assistance and knowledge of knowing how to deal with Suicidal Customers

  • How to define mental capacity and appreciate the ways of handling it.
