Identifying Vulnerable Customers
Our September CPD seminar by Atul Patel of the RWA Group.
This seminar will assist brokers with recognising a vulnerable customer and provide insight on how to approach and handle certain situations.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session delegates will be able to identify:

The link between Vulnerable Customers and TCF

An understanding of the Vulnerable Customer Definition and what detriment is

How to apply increased confidence when dealing with Vulnerable Customers.

Assistance and knowledge of knowing how to deal with Suicidal Customers

How to define mental capacity and appreciate the ways of handling it.
