Influencing skills master class

CMS Cameron McKenna LLP
Tuesday, 02 August 2016
9:30 am – 12:30 pm (UK time)

Talking is a primary way we understand what’s going on and a primary way we get things done.

To understand what’s really going on we need to understand how that works. If we want to make an impact or make a difference at work, we need to have the skills to influence the flow of the conversation.

Whether you’re managing high expectations, influencing stakeholders or negotiating a position, talking is the central tool. This advanced master class shows you how!

Learning objectives

At the end of this event, the delegate will be able to identify:

• how to understand the structure of influence
• how to design skilful interactions
• how to spot the merit and motivation of what people say
• how to change meaning and minds when talking
• how to build advanced skills of verbal and mental dexterity.
