Annual Dinner 2017

We would love to welcome you all to join us at this year's annual dinner with special guest speaker Grant Stott.

As always, this event promises to be entertaining, inspiring and provides a fantastic opportunity for you to meet your peers and colleagues from the industry whilst celebrating our profession.

After dinner, you can retire to the bar area.

Tickets are priced at £750 per table of 10.

Then please apply for part-tables or individual tickets at £75 per head.

We have selected the following menu for the evening:

Starter:

Home smoked lightly poached salmon white balsamic, beetroot, watercress, dill blini.

Sorbet:

One Square gin & tonic sorbet.

Main:

Braised Orkney beef, tarragon potato mash, kale, carrot, beetroot and parsnip with a mustard and red wine jus.

Dessert:

Textures of Citrus, marmalade ice cream, lemon ripple tart, lime posset, blood orange gel.

Followed by coffee/tea and whiskey fudge.
