Burns Supper

The Insurance Society of Edinburgh is happy to announce the date of their Burns Supper celebrations which will be taking place on Thursday 25th January 2018, 6pm for 6.30pm start at The Sheraton Hotel, Edinburgh.

Starter
Haggis, Neeps & Tatties with whisky brose and toasted oatmeal
Butternut squash soup (V) with compressed apple & toasted seeds

Main
Alisa Ale Slow Braised Orkney Beef with confit shallots & creamed potatoes
Artichoke Pithivier (V) with goat’s cheese, tender stem broccoli & vine tomato sauce

Dessert
Sweet Raspberry Cranachan with Talisker whisky cream, toasted oats & Manuka honey

Tea, Coffee & Scottish Tablet PLUS three mataching cocktails.

Tickets are priced at £30 per person.
