The second session of 'A Day of Liability Event' - How liability can arise.
Please note these sessions are intended to be interactive so spaces are very limited.
By attending this session, delegates will :

Understand how clients can become legally liable through the law of tort

Understand how legal liability policies cover far more than negligence

Be able to explain to their clients the difference between negligence, nuisance, strict liability, trespass, defamation and statutory liability and how they can potentially be sued under each of these torts
