The second session of 'A Day of Liability Event' - How liability can arise.

Please note these sessions are intended to be interactive so spaces are very limited.

By attending this session, delegates will :

  • Understand how clients can become legally liable through the law of tort

  • Understand how legal liability policies cover far more than negligence

  • Be able to explain to their clients the difference between negligence, nuisance, strict liability, trespass, defamation and statutory liability and how they can potentially be sued under each of these torts
