Date: Friday 16th March 2018

Start: 6.30pm for 7.30pm. Pre dinner drinks in the County Suite (pay bar)

Finish: Carriages at 1am

Dress: Black tie/dinner dress

Guest speaker: Grant Scott ACII, CII Vice President of Local Institutes plus various after dinner entertainment

Price: £49.00 per ticket

Roasted Squash & Leek Arancini

served with chilli aioli & dressed leaves (v)

Main Course

Locally sourced West Country Sausage (vegetarian sausages available upon request)

Served with buttered parsley pomme puree, honey pot-roasted root vegetables and a confit onion jus

Dessert

Caramelised Apple Tarte Tatin

Served with baby toffee apples, apple cider purée and clotted cream

West Country cheese selection and biscuits
