The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be replacing the Data Protection Act in May and will have wide ramifications for all firms within the insurance sector and society as a whole.

  • To understand what the impact is on customers and firms and the risks associated with the GDPR
  • To be able to describe what firms should be doing in preparation for the changes
