This session will help those hiring in this sector to uncover some of the essential elements in attracting the candidates they want and enable them to develop an effective interview and vetting process ensuring that they are successful in recruiting quality talent and securing the people that will assist in growing their businesses.

Emma Warren Bio:

Emma Warren, Cert CII, is the founder and Managing Director of award winning, insurance specialist recruiter, Elite Staffing Solutions. Over the past 5 years, Elite has helped many insurance brokers and businesses successfully expand their teams through sourcing not only experienced professionals but bringing new and engaged talent into the industry. Prior to launching the business, Emma worked in the insurance industry for several years and recruited and managed her own successful team of Account Executives and Handlers who worked across the UK. The combined experience of both recruitment expertise with that of industry knowledge has benefited both clients and candidates alike. Emma is called upon by many of her insurance clients to provide up to date advice on recruiting.
