Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021
To all members of the Insurance Institute of Exeter
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Insurance Institute of Exeter will be held virtually (via Zoom, meeting ID 892 6020 3928) on Wednesday 31st March 2021 from 13:00 to 14:00 hours.
The AGM is open to all members of the Insurance Institute of Exeter. Hear first-hand reports from Council members on previous and future activities and vote on the appointment of new Council members. The Council consists of volunteers who meet from time to time (approximately four times per year) and put together a series of CPD events which compliment professional learning in the world of insurance and financial services. Additionally, outside of Covid-19, we arrange social and networking events which we hope members will enjoy including the Annual Dinner.
The objectives of the AGM are:
- To receive the financial report and accounts of the Institute.
- To elect the Council (committee) of the Institute for the forthcoming year.
- To deal with any other business whose subject has been previously been notified by email to exeterinstitute@cii.co.uk and by the 17thMarch 2021.
