This second session, meets at 12:30pm for lunch, the session begins at 1pm

  • Understand the registration rules and when a trust needs to be registered
  • Be able to articulate why the rules have changed and the actions your trustee clients need to take
  • Understand the opportunities this represents for you as a planner

Presenter: Simon Martin, Technical Connection

Prior to joining Technical Connection, Simon worked for St. James's Place for 4 years as a technical specialist focussing on taxation and trusts.

Prior to this, Simon worked for a number of large Financial Services companies in a variety of technical, development and management roles.

Simon is a Chartered Financial Planner & Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. He joined Technical Connection in April 2018.
