This workshop is ideal for anyone taking M05 by the new Mixed Assessment route or in the traditional P05 exam in April 2016.

- The origins & principles of old and new insurance law, including Disclosure & Interest
- Principles of tort, contract, agency, indemnity, subrogation & contribution
- Identify and learn to recall and use key legal precedents & statutes
- Tactics for effective study, written work, exams and suggested further reading, plus…
- Any other areas troubling delegates!
