The last few years has seen the introduction of 3 significant pieces of insurance legislation culminating in The Insurance Act 2015. During this event we will be looking at the main parts of The Insurance Act 2015 and how it might work in practice.

  • An insight into how proportionate remedies might work in practice.
  • An insight into how warranties will work in practice.

More about our speaker

Philip has spent nearly 30 years working in the insurance industry in various roles including insurer, loss adjuster and now as an insurance solicitor. Philip, who is a Partner in BLM's London Property Team, has a varied insurance practice and he regularly advises insurers on high value and complex policy coverage disputes, subrogated recovery claims and property related defendant public and product liability claims. Philip, who passed his ACII and ACILA qualifications many years ago, qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
