Ian is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute with over 30 years' experience in all types of commercial and domestic claims. Formerly the chairman of the London CII Young Members' Committee, he is also a Past President and currently the Secretary as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Public Loss Assessors.
