1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (UK time)
    • Melissa Kidd, Motem Ltd

>> Event Overview

Work is a big part of our identity. When our job changes or ends, how does that impact our sense of self? How can we navigate the choppy waters of change effectively? And how do we ensure the inner critic doesn’t have a field day?

This webinar will answer those questions and help you reflect, act and gain confidence during this period of change. It will also include some practical tips and techniques to build your mental resilience.

This event is for those who are at risk of redundancy or going through it. The session is also useful for those who are aware that their identity is inextricably linked with work - making them more vulnerable to changes and shocks.

>> Learning Objectives

By the end of this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Determine the extent to which your identity is bound with your work
  • Use a number of approaches to prevent enmeshment with work whilst still being productive
  • Reflect on how your style and capacity for change can be different from your partner’s, or those close to you, so that you can increase understanding and connection
  • Apply a number of strategies to build resilience in the face of change and challenge.
