The Personal Finance Society Hants & Dorset and Surrey Regional Committees in association with the Insurance Institutes of Bournemouth, Guildford, Reading and Southampton have organised a 'distance learning' training day via an online and interactive conference video facillity for those members who are studying for and taking the AF2 examination.

This course is designed to help candidates feel more prepared for the exam and increase their chances of passing the exam.

By the end of the event delegates will understand:

  • The main legal forms of business and how they are setup and managed;

  • Consequences of bankruptcy or insolvency;
  • Business financing, accounts and financial controls, investment options, sale and purchase of businesses;
  • Taxation of each business type, its owners and employees;
  • The main legal responsibilities businesses have to employees, suppliers and customers;
  • Principles of business protection;
  • Main uses of pensions in business.

Cost: The cost of the days training will be £95 for Hants & Dorset, Surrey and Thames Valley PFS members and £125 for all other PFS members and £135 for non-PFS members.
