An Insight into Professional Negligence Claims
Like it or not, negligence claims have become part and parcel of professional life.

• How, in practice, claims are conducted
• The funding available for claims
• The legal issues / principles that arise
• Steps that can be taken to avoid claims

Speaker biography:
Jonathan specialises exclusively in resolving professional negligence claims and has done so for over 15 years. Having previously defended such claims (at DAC Beachcroft, Mills & Reeve and Womble Bond Dickinson) for professional indemnity insurers, Jonathan now acts for claimants and uninsured defendants, both in relation to claims and any policy disputes arising from them.

Buffet lunch and hot drinks will be provided - please let us know at time of booking if lunch is not required.
