CII Examination Techniques
This three hour workshop (including an opportunity for Q&A) will aid all those who are taking CII examinations. This interactive course delivered by Alan Chandler, will deal with how to impress the examiner, looking at the different examination terminology and what the examiner expects when they use key phrases. The workshop will explore a range of study techniques to see which ones are most appropriate for you. The workshop will include how to best tackle the CII diploma examinations which include multiple choice and coursework and the advanced diploma examinations which are now usually coursework only. We will also explore how and where are the best places to reference and how to manage the word count, what constitutes too little and too much. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers at the end and Alan will stay for a little while after to answer any further queries you may have on all things CII.

This webinar, delivered by Alan Chandler, one of the most popular presenters in the UK, examines the challenge of making sure personal lines policyholders avoid under insurance. Where the insured has to provide a building sum insured, only 10% of policyholders in the UK get this correct, we can therefore see there is a major issue of under insurance. Challenges also exist in bedroom rated policies. Inner limits are often not taken into account leaving a policyholder badly under insured at point of claim.
