How did you hear about the Gordon Warren Award?
I first found out about the award a couple of years ago at the annual CII dinner when a fellow colleague was nominated for the award.
What does it mean to you to win the Gordon Warren Award?
Amazing! To have even been nominated for the award made me realise the hard work over the course of the year had been noticed and appreciated by my manager. But to then have also been selected as the winner is a great feeling of achievement and encouragement to continue my development in this industry.
What would you say to employers about nominating their employees?
I cannot encourage employers to nominate their staff enough for this award, it is a real motivator to know their work isn’t unnoticed.
