Join Personal Trainer Kirsty Watling for a Pilates, Relaxation and Stretch Class!

This uplifting, relaxing, low impact session, is designed to improve your core, posture, joint stability and help reduce back and neck pain. It is appropriate for all abilities and is a great way to integrate some positive exercise and movement into your day and take care of your physical and mental health.

The class will be in the following format:

  • 40 Minutes of Pilates
  • 10 Minutes of Breathing, Relaxation and Stretching
  • 10 Minutes of Open Q and A's, to answer any of your health, exercise and well-being questions.
