An Introduction to Social Media

We are pleased to welcome Jessica Brown of TLC Business Solutions who will provide both an introduction and overview of Social Media and how the various platforms are integral to how we do business today.

Speaker Biography
As well as providing training sessions through TLC, Jessica has recently been appointed to lead the Digital Media offering of local marketing agency Ashgrove Marketing. She brings significant big-brand experience to the table under the realms of social media, website development and content strategies. With an undeniable passion for online marketing and the world of social media, Jessica lives, breaths and speaks digital!. She previously owned her own growing digital media business based in Durban, South Africa and prior to that, she worked with the digital marketing agencies Virtuosa and Leading Edge Brand Activators. In these roles, she worked on campaigns for global brands such as Unilever, VW, Samsung and Radox.
