About the Speaker

Sue has wide and varied business experience over 20 years as a manager, as an independent businesswoman, and as a trainer. She has worked internationally in a wide range of business sectors, including hospitality, the airline industry, accountancy and recruitment before moving into training as Centre Manager for Pitman in Jersey. Sue lived and worked in Jersey for 5 years.

Before setting up TLC Business Solutions in 2004, Sue worked to build up the training department of a major finance company - widely recognised to be among the best on the Island. As Managing Director of TLC, Sue combines running the company with a key role in the delivery of training.

She is widely known and respected in both training circles and the business community as a whole. Sue is a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a past President of our institute.
