This workshop is aimed at those involved with motor insurance on a day to day basis. It is designed to provide legal, theoretical, and technical knowledge to reinforce existing practical experience.
Objectives ad content will include:
* Describing the content of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and other legislation relevant to motor insurance.
* Explain the various methods used by the market to deal with the victims of uninsured drivers.
* Comparing and contrasting Private Car and Commercial Vehicle covers.
* Explaining how a standard Certificate of Motor Insurance is constructed and comparing the different classes of use
