5. To receive and, if approved adopt the Honorary Treasurers accounts for the year to 31st March 2017.
6. To received and, if approved, adopt the President and Councils report for the year 2016/17 President's Report

Note 1: Apologies must be received by the Secretary in writing in advance of the Meeting
Note 2: Copies of the Minutes of the last AGM will be available at the Meeting, plus further below.
Note 3: Should any member wish to raise a matter under ‘Any Other Business' it will be necessary for details to be provided to the Secretary prior to the Meeting.
