Speakers' Biographies:

Shelia Walbank - Sheila started in insurance in 1980 first working for a regional broker before taking up an underwriter role with the insurer Guardian Royal Exchange. After senior underwriter roles with Prudential and AXA Sheila then moved into operational roles including a period overseeing the governance of an insurance service centre in India and supporting various projects before taking up her current role with responsibility for Training & Quality Assurance within the Allianz Small Business Teams in Lancaster & Maidstone.

Hayley Colraine - Hayley joined Allianz in 2010 on one of our graduate schemes and rotated around the business for two and a half years before becoming the Retail Development Coordinator in our Head Office. Here she recruited for and managed the Retail Graduate Scheme, looked after CII Coordination and eLearning for the division and developed the Excellence in Customer Service programme for our contact centres. In January 2015, she moved to the Allianz Brentford office as Petplan Customer Service Controller and ran the day to day operation until August 2015, when she appointed as SME Operations Manager.
