Summary
The session will aim to critically analyse the challenges facing the protection market, whilst challenging advisers and their perception / approach to protection.

Learning objectives
By the end of this session, delegates will be able to:
- Identify and understand the challenges facing the protection markets in the U.K and around the world
- Challenge adviser and client perception of protection insurance
- Identify and propose solutions that could facilitate for the industry to adopt a bolder approach to protection sales as we strive to address the protection

Speaker Biography
Ian has been employed in the life assurance industry for over 12 years and has worked for a number of organisations across two continents. He holds an undergraduate degree in Ergonomics, an honours degree in Organisational Psychology and has recently completed an MBA. During the session Ian hopes to share with you some of his insight to support the development and growth of the protection industry.
