Speaker – Nigel Waddington and Colin Kite, ISS Facility Services Restoration.

Summary - The lecture will focus on disaster recovery relating in particular to water damage incidents.

Target Audience – Claims staff, any insurance personnel who need to be able to help customers deal with major losses or understand water damage claims on their policies and anyone who is interested in the process of dealing with a major loss process.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this session, delegates will be able to;

  • understand the importance of time in significant claims
  • identify the various areas to consider within the restoration process
  • understand the drying process
  • understand and assist customers following a water damage claim

Speaker Biographies
Nigel is a Technical Manager at ISS Facility Services Restoration, he has been in restoration for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge of this area and drying in particular. With his expertise and experience Nigel is focused on bringing innovation and best available technique to disaster recovery.

Colin is the Complex and Major Loss Manager at ISS, he has worked on a vast amount of projects and run sites across the UK.
