Success is often achieved through effective communication, but how effectively are we currently communicating with ourselves and our clients and colleagues? This practical and interactive session will focus on how we can understand ourselves better in order to understand our clients better. The session will review how individually held values and beliefs may be helpful or unhelpful as well as the reasons why it is essential for any negotiator/communicator to be on the same wave length as their clients.

Learning objectives
At the end of this event, the delegate will be able to identify:
• how to master the inner voice and critic
• the best way to communicate
• the use of metaphors
• how to listen to the client and appreciate the unspoken messages
• basic Neuro-Linguistic Programming principles which can help with communication.
