Speaker biography:
A career technologist and former software developer, Mark has spent over 20 years in the IT industry. Prior to becoming rradar’s IT Director he worked primarily in the retail sector; he was IT Director of a well-known UK multi-channel retailer for 10 years, and was a consultant for a while. He has a specific interest in the application of new technology to customer/client service – the lure of delivering industry firsts like Grace with rradar was irresistible!
