This skill is so important we've been writing a book on it! Learning how to ask for, accept and act on Feedback is your key to success. Without this skill you'll be relying on your own thoughts and views about your performance and, as we all know, we let ourselves off the hook far too frequently for our own opinion to be truly relied upon.

All the greats rely on Feedback! Arnold Schwarzenegger consistently denies that he's a self-made man, saying how much he's relied upon the advice and feedback from others in order to become as successful as he has in so many fields. We see other people's mistakes a lot more easily than we see our own - fact. Let's use this but in a way that's within our own control to give ourselves the edge.

If you're serious about getting the best from yourself, you need to be on this workshop.
