Speakers Biography
Rob Northfield was born in the poorest borough of the UK, and with no further education became the youngest MD at 25 in the Beecham Group of companies. Building the largest Dale Carnegie training franchise in the UK and 8th largest in the world, he jointly developed a property portfolio through the 90's that enabled him to retire at 49 which was always his goal. A true Rags to Riches story that allows him to devote time and money to good causes, Rob is recognized as one of the most inspirational speakers on Leadership.
