International Women's Day is celebrated on 8th March every year around the world. It is a focal point in the movement for women's rights. The day aimed to help nations worldwide eliminate discrimination against women. It also focused on helping women gain full and equal participation in global development.

In celebration of the day we would like to bring people together. Join this interactive virtual networking session, the first 30 minutes of the session we will hear from Minoti who will be discussing the following:

- How to create a genuine positive impression
- Top tips to create engaging conversations
- Top tips on building business relations through virtual networking

There will also be time to practice!

Attendees will be placed into breakout rooms to use their new skills.

Speaker Biography
Minoti Parikh came from a background as a Master of Ceremonies with 1500 global events under her belt. She’s compered high-profile events for organisations including the Barbados Tourist Board, Hyundai and HP. Since moving to the UK she has started her own business TPL Experiences and has also been sharing her expertise and experience by offering group and individual training sessions on areas such as Presentation Skills, increasing team engagement and improving workplace wellbeing and performance. She’s run coaching programmes for organisations as diverse as Google, Audi, Pepsi and the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (overall over 150 multinationals, SME’s and Public sector companies). Since the Pandemic she has moved her training programmes to Online programmes with the focus on improving team engagement, soft skills, leadership skills and wellbeing of teams.
