Annual General Meeting of The Insurance Institute of Leicester: Notice to Members
Our AGM was due to be held on 22 April at the Marriott Hotel, Leicester, starting at 6pm. The meeting will still go ahead but by remote attendance only. It will be held by video link using Zoom. To participate, you will need to download software from https://zoom.us/download It is free.
Could you please register to attend. Please email our secretary at Secretary@theiil.org.uk If you don’t have access to email, the Secretary’s details are at the foot of this notice. If possible, please register by Wednesday 15 April.
Documents for the meeting will be sent out a few days beforehand by email. If you don’t have an email address that can be used for the purpose, we will post them out.
Whilst we usually take questions from the floor during the meeting, we would like to minimise two-way communication during this video conference. If upon reading the documents you have a question to put, could you please forward it to the secretary. A response will be given by the appropriate officer during the ‘meeting’ and recorded in the minutes.

Please do NOT attend the Marriott on the day. We won’t be there.
