(GI) CPD Webinar - Whiplash Reforms
This webinar examines the changes implemented as a result of the Whiplash Reforms effective for motor accidents from 31st May 2021 onwards.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the session delegates will be able to:
- Understand the implementation of the portal process and the challenges that this presents
- Understand the impact of the 30-day liability decision timeframe
- Understand how more complex claims can be dealt with outside of the portal process
