Speaker Profile:
Paul Reynolds is one of the Directors of Mentor Corporate Coaching. Prior to joining the company in 2007, he had over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in the Tate and Lyle Group, and as a Director of a major American bulk liquid storage business.
Paul has managed multi-disciplined teams in trading, storage and distribution of hazardous products in the UK and worldwide. In his various roles he has worked “on the ground” in over 30 countries. He also has experience of running an SME business in the UK.
Paul’s experience of working with people from different backgrounds, cultures and industries at all levels gives him an edge in the training and coaching business. He specializes in Leadership and Management training and coaching, both with individuals and teams.
