The sessions consisted of:
Session 1: Launch, Networking & Social Media with Melissa Collett, Professional Standards Director, CII
Session 2: Communication habits of highly effective leaders with Jeff Heasman

Session 4: Interactive session on the Profile of a Leader with Ali Antonelli, Ecclesiastical
Session 5: Meet the Leaders with Keith Stern, Lloyd's, David Gillian, McLarens, Karen Adegoke, Bolington Wilson, Tracey Threlfall, AON and Jon Hesketh, Allianz.
Session 6: Show Time! The candidates presented to the group on 'Who makes a good leader and why', using all their skills learnt from the programme. Along with a talk from the IIM Liaison Officer Suchit Desai on the benefits of being involved with the Institute and finally a Graduation Ceremony.
