Random Acts of Kindness Day
Random Acts of Kindness Day is a day to celebrate and encourage random acts of kindness, to yourself and others. This year it takes place on the 17th February 2021 – you may want to put it in your diary. Find out more here on how you can get involved!
National Random Act of Kindness day is growing in popularity and is celebrated by individuals, groups and firms on a particular day or days surrounding it to encourage kindness. There are many people out there we may want to thank, especially during these times.
For those who have taken part in previous years have said how good it makes them feel too, it’s a day of fun love and gratitude. It's uplifting!
Why don’t you take part as a little project and even get your family, friends and colleagues to get involved to help spread kindness and cheer. It doesn’t have to take a lot of time or money and in fact you can do just one tiny thing or a multiple of acts over a period of time. It makes a difference!
We may be limited to what we can do under Covid-19 restrictions but this can't stop us! Please see below for some ideas.
