Leadership Session 4: What makes a good Leader?

Ecclesiastical
Tuesday, 02 July 2019
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (UK time)
    • Ali Antonelli, Ecclesiastical

This event is by invitation only to the successful candidates of 2019.

The session will focus on gaining an understanding of personality preferences and differences in the workplace. The psychometric we will use to explore this is the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). This focuses on 4 different aspects of personality, namely, where we get our energy from, how we like to receive information, how we make decisions and finally how we like to organise ourselves.

The learning objective will be to help people understand their own preferences and how these may differ from others so they can moderate their style. We will also explore how this impacts on their work and potential leadership style.
