Speaker Biographies
Julia Wolfendale is the Founder and Director of On The Up Consulting Ltd, a purposefully positive organisation. Julia is an Accredited Executive Coach and Mentor, member of the Chartered Management Institute, a Quality Assured NHS Executive Coach and qualified to Masters Level in Leadership.
Julia draws on her public and private sector experience as a Marketing Director in a global sports brand and Behaviour Change Programme Lead at a large city council. She is driven by an innate belief in the resourcefulness and potential in people and works with organisations to help them get the best out of their people.

Kevin Sanders is the founder of 23 Degrees Business Solutions and a professionally qualified (Institute of Marketing – Diploma in Marketing), experienced marketer with more than 35 years’ experience in marketing and business development.
He has operated at a senior level in business, and advised at board level in MBI’s, MBO’s and fast track
business start ups. His passion is assisting businesses to grow, by helping the management/business owner to understand their vision and direction and assisting them to implement changes to get there.
Kevin has direct experience of starting, growing and selling businesses both in the UK and in the Import & Export market. He has a track record of success in business development, change management, strategic marketing, business planning, succession planning, branding and corporate identity in many industry sectors.
Today, through 23 Degrees, Kevin and his team provide marketing and business support to help small and medium size companies and the individuals who run them, to develop and flourish. His clients report significant growth, a change in thinking and attitude as a result of their involvement.
