Ben Hardiman is a partner in the Insurance team at Mills & Reeve LLP Manchester office. He specialises in advising how to manage and successfully resolve professional indemnity, construction and insurance disputes. Focussed on advising clients operating in the construction sector, including contractors, architects, engineers and other consultants, he has handled constructions disputes arising from various prominent projects and buildings in the North West and further afield. He is recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500 legal directories for his construction expertise.

Daniela McGowan is a senior associate in the insurance team at Mills & Reeve. Daniela defends professional negligence claims against a variety of professionals including insurers, solicitors, barristers, accountants, financial advisers, architects and brokers with a focus on construction professionals. She has also advised insurers on coverage and policy issues.
